A break down of that payment
Invoices from SVA
All emails from SVA about funding, payment and the their assistance with the vaccine roll out
What the DHB was hoping would be achieved by paying SVA
Was a tender put out for the services provided by SVA
Any other documents CDHB holds in relation to this payment(s)

Please note this response must be provided by Monday 14 February 2022.
