Good morning ,
Im enquiring how I may be able to obtain the case files regarding the charging of Nicholas HART, DOB 16/05/1971, he was originally charged with MAF on 2 counts, at his hearing they were subsequently dropped and 1 charge of common assault was introduced.
My client Danna Burton has asked that I investigate this for her.
