I am emailing from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC) regarding your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request for correspondence between this agency and Rob Fyfe.

Please note that requests asking for "all communications or any communications" often result in the capture of an unreasonably large amount of information and are therefore refused under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot be made available without substantial collation or research.

We therefore ask if you would consider refining the scope of your request to a narrower timeframe? Alternatively, a clarification of the topic of the information being discussed between DPMC and Mr Fyfe could also be helpful.
