Kia ora Chris,

 

Thank you for your email. While the Act allows New Zealanders to ask for
information from Ministers and government agencies, there is no
requirement for agencies to create new information, compile information
they do not hold or provide or prove an opinion. This request is therefore
refused under section 18(g) of the OIA on the grounds
that the information requested is not held.

 

 At present in New Zealand all vials of Comirnaty contain the original
formula.

 

Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be

Dear Ministry of Health,
Why has Pfizer changed the formulation of its Covid-19 Vaccine for
Children to include an ingredient that stabilises people suffering a Heart
Attack?

And all this time, it's being reported that the vaccine for kids is the
same formulation, but a lower dose. The claim is that the vaccines haven't
been updated/changed since they were released to the public. Even the FDA
webpage about the approval of "Comernaty" says it is the exact same
formulation, which of course is still not on the market and not available.

If Pfizer claims nothing has been changed to the vaccine, when in fact
something has been changed, that's criminal.
