Thank you for your email. I will respond to each part of your request in
turn:
A copy of Pfizer’s contract with the NZ Govt.  I do not need to see any
commercially sensitive information but I would like to see the terms and
conditions please.

The Ministry is unable to provide you with a copy of the Pfizer contract
or the terms of conditions due to commercial sensitivity. Therefore, your
request is withheld under the following sections of the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 

* Section 9(2)(b)(ii) as its release would likely unreasonably prejudice
the commercial position of the person who supplied the information.   

* Section 9(2)(ba)(ii) to protect information that is subject to an
obligation of confidence and making it available would likely damage
the public interest. 

Although the Ministry appreciates the high degree of public interest in
its vaccination programme and the Pfizer vaccine, this does not outweigh
the need to protect the commercial sensitivity of the information in the
agreement.

When will the Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine will be available in NZ.
The Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine is currently available in New Zealand. Please
refer to the following

What am I’m legally entitled to in terms of Govt liability in the event of
a vaccine injury.
In any case, treatment harm caused by COVID-19 vaccination is covered by
ACC if the criteria for treatment injury are met. This means that there’s
a physical injury caused by the vaccination, that’s not a necessary part
or ordinary consequence of the treatment. Further information is on ACC’s

Why has Medsafe prohibited the use of Ivermectin when there is evidence
from overseas on its efficacy as a prophylactic and early treatment of
Covid-19.
The World Health Organization does not recommend the use ivermectin to
treat patients with COVID-19 outside of clinical

The Ministry has no plans to promote its use for treatment of
COVID-19.  There is no clear evidence that it is effective to treat or
prevent COVID-19, and it may cause serious harm in some people.  For
humans, Ivermectin is approved in very specific doses to treat a limited
number of conditions. When ingested in high doses, ivermectin can have
serious effects on humans including low blood pressure, worsening asthma,
seizures and liver damage.  Please refer to the following statement

If I ‘volunteer’ to take the Pfizer BioNTech ‘vaccine’ I would like to buy
a vial of same batch I receive for my own personal analysis. Is this
possible please?
All vaccines are administered at certified vaccine centres, this is for

All vaccines have been purchased by the Ministry in batches and are unable
to be bought individually.  There is more information

Who in NZ has received incentives from Pfizer and for how much please?
There have been no financial incentives received from Pfizer.
