follows.

 

“Please provide the lowest and median GPA and Weighted Averages of those
who have graduated from the University of Auckland with an LLB, LLB(Hons)
or conjoint LLB/LLB(Hons) degree who received the Dean's Academic
Excellence Award for graduating in the top 10% of their cohort, from 2016
through to 2020.”

 

The lowest and median GPA information requested is attached. Dean’s
Academic Excellence Awards are not assessed based on Weighted Averages (as
described here:

so this information is not held by the University, and the Official
Information Act does not require the University to create it in response
to your request. This constitutes a partial refusal of your request under
section 18(g) of the Official Information Act.

 

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
