I would like to make a request for copies of all email communications
between Solomon Islands Policing Support Programme Team Leader Inspector
Mike Cook and Police National Headquarters, dated since 22 November.

 

To enable Police to respond to your request, please identify the
individuals or groups whose correspondence you wish to include in this
request. If you could also specify the topic or topics you are interested
in this will greatly assist the search.

 

If your request is not refined it may prove necessary to refuse your
request, due to the difficulty in identifying which recipients were based
at Police National Headquarters when they corresponded with Inspector Cook

I refer to your request of 13 December 2021 for the following information:

 

I would like to make a request for copies of all email communicaitons
between Solomon Islands Policing Support Programme Team Leader Inspector
Mike Cook and Police National Headquarters, dated since 22 November

 

I have been asked to advise you that Police requires an extension of time
in which to respond to your request, pursuant to section 15A(1) of the
Official Information Act  1982 (OIA). Specifically, section 15A(1)(a), the
request is for a large quantity of official information or necessitates a
search through a large quantity of information and meeting the original
time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the
organisation.

Police requires until 28 February 2022 to provide a substantive response
to your request. We are endeavouring to provide this to you as soon as
possible.

You have the right, under section 28(3) of the OIA, to make a complaint to
an Ombudsman about this extension.

I would like to request copies of all SIPSP Weekly Reports, dated since 9 December 2021.
