In a document dated 17 September you released to me recently in response to an OIA request, completing a "review of response to outbreak to date" is referred to as a Ministry of Health focus at the time (p.5):

1) A copy of this interim review
2) Copies of any other interim reviews of the outbreak response completed since this one
