Any Human Rights Left
Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) made this Official Information request to Human Rights Commission
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Chuck Schooner (Account suspended) to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Chuck Schooner (Account suspended)
Dear Human Rights Commission,
The experimental gene therapy that has been approved as a treatment for Covid-19 has now been around for the last 18 months and New Zealand has real time data that shows the vaccine does little if anything to assist in the treatment of this virus and slowing the spread. Please don't link me to any Ministry of Health links/papers as real time data disproves their information.
Here are some verifiable facts.
5.3.6 Pfizer Cumulative Analysis Report showed 10 pages of serious side effects and over 1,200 deaths. This is a fact.
At a minimum in New Zealand there have been 50 plus deaths from the vaccine and at a maximum in excess of 1,000.
Please provide any and all papers/legal opinions/court rulings/international rulings where an experimental medical treatment that might provide six months immunity from a virus comparable to the common cold outweighs the risks of a treatment that can cause the person to die.
Can the NZ government do the following to its citizens
No one shall be deprived of life except on such grounds as are established by law and are consistent with the principles of fundamental justice - if the NZ Government can force this vaccine on people who can potentially die are the NZ Government in direct violation of this right?
Every person has the right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without that person's consent. Already this right has been lost through blackmail. Please provide any and all legal opinions/rulings that show the New Zealand government can subject its citizens to medical or scientific experimentation. When was this right revoked by the New Zealand government? The Pfizer trials are finishing in 2023 so New Zealanders are currently in a drug trial with known side effects now occurring everyday. Please confirm when New Zealand turned into a third world dictatorship and why the Human Rights Commission hasn't been vocal against this tyranny?
Everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment as per the Bill of Rights. When was this right revoked by the New Zealand government and what advice was the Human Rights Commission provided by the government that states their citizens can be forced into medical treatment.
Please provide any and all evidence that the Human Rights Commission has done anything to preserve our fundamental rights in the last two years?
Please provide a copy of the Human Rights Commission annual report showing what efforts have been done to preserve Human Rights in New Zealand. Would you say the Human Rights Commission has been effective the last two years.
Would you like me to link you to the Bill of Rights as it appears the commission might have lost the link.
Yours faithfully,
Chuck Schooner

Kia ora Chuck
This is a response to your OIA dated 13 December 2021 via FYI.org.nz.
You asked for “any and all papers/legal opinions/court
rulings/international rulings where an experimental medical treatment that
might provide six months immunity from a virus comparable to the common
cold outweighs the risks of a treatment that can cause the person to die”
and “any and all legal opinions/rulings that show the New Zealand
government can subject its citizens to medical or scientific
experimentation” and “what advice was the Human Rights Commission provided
by the government that states their citizens can be forced into medical
treatment”. The Commission refuses these requests under OIA section 18(g),
because the Commission does not hold any such information and does not
believe other agencies hold it.
You asked when the New Zealand government revoked the right not to be
subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without that person's
consent. We consider that the right has not been revoked.
You asked for the Commission’s view on government compliance with human
rights in the government response to COVID-19, and for evidence of the
Commission’s work in relation to COVID-19 and human rights.
Much of the Commission’s work on COVID-19 and human rights is collated on
this web page:
[1]https://www.hrc.co.nz/resources/human-ri...,
including the following briefings:
* [2]Background briefing
* [3]General conditions briefing: upholding human rights protections
under Aotearoa’s proposed Covid-19 Protection Framework
* [4]Specific conditions briefing: upholding human rights protections in
the use of vaccination certificates under Aotearoa’s proposed Covid-19
Protection Framework
* [5]Human Rights and Te Tiriti o Waitangi Policy Checklist for Covid-19
We have also provided related information in response to your previous OIA
request.
Please see also our media activity, for example our press release “[6]A
human rights and Tiriti lens urgently needed on implementation of the
‘traffic lights’ system”.
You asked for “any and all evidence” of Commission activity to preserve
fundamental rights in the last two years. A full response to that question
would require substantial collation so we refuse that request under
section 18(f) of the OIA. Instead we provide our answer to your other
questions as a partial answer.
You requested the Commission’s latest annual report. The Commission’s
2019/2020 annual report is available here:
[7]https://www.hrc.co.nz/files/8116/0850/97....
The Commission’s 2020/2021 annual report will be publicly available when
it has been tabled in Parliament, and will be published on the Commission
web page when it is available.
Your correspondence included other questions/comments which we do not
consider to be requests for official information and accordingly have not
responded to in this email.
Alternative avenues
If you are unhappy with this response, under the Official Information Act
you are entitled to complain to the Ombudsman’s Office. Information about
how to make a complaint is available at www.ombudsman.parliament.nz or on
freephone 0800 802 602.

Dear Infoline,
Thank-you for the response though it is little comfort given the current environment we live in. I scanned the HRC annual report and the twelve letters you sent the government failed to save any doctors, nurses or teaches losing their jobs and being unable to provide for their families or the healthy 26 year old and 13 year olds losing their young lives due to an experiment that does more harm than good. These are just the two the government admit too! There are hundreds more and they are now giving it to children. The commission has failed to hold this government to account and has rubber stamped tyranny on New Zealanders. What is now coming out overseas in terms of policy, Covid and vaccines has frequently been warned of in OIA requests months ago by educated and concerned New Zealanders whilst the PM, Ministers and MOH have constantly obfuscated, lied and run roughshod over basic laws with one of the reasons they get away with it being toothless organizations like the HRC have let them do so. Because of these failures our children will forever be in debt, possibly have compromised learning and even health issues. There are currently court cases going on overseas notably Australia when you get a public health official under oath they actually tell the truth. The HRC has served nobody but the government through the last year. It only takes a pandemic to see what agencies aren’t fit for purpose and The HRC can add itself to the Ombudsman as an overpaid incompetent bureaucracy. Please pass my comments on to the chief who I’m sure has retained his full pay check these last two years whilst our country was crumbling with worse still to come. Nothing at all in the last two years by the HRC is commendable.
Yours sincerely,
Chuck Schooner
