Can I please request the full meeting minutes from the 113th meeting of
the Medicines Assessment Advisory Committee held on 14 December 2021 as
outlined in the agenda

Please include all relevant correspondence (supporting evidence,
email/text communications, memorandum, etc) for any applications for
consent to distribute a new medicine under Section 20 / 23 / 24 of the
Medicines Act 1981 that were discussed during the meeting in question.

review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
