This request is to the DIA. The DIA confirmed in another OIA that they use the Facebook Takedown Portal.
The director of digital safety, Jared Mullen of the DIA responsed to Mark Wong in an OIA on 1 December 2022 that:
Yes, the Department of Internal Affairs has access to Facebook’s takedown portal.
Please cease transferring this requesting around, and DIA, kindly answer this official information act request. Also as a government agency, the DIA are bound by sections 13 and 14 of the New Zealnd Bill of Rights 1990 , freedom of thought, religion and conscience, and freedom of expression.
