Costs of the Campus Hub Project and Student Funding

Dear Victoria University of Wellington,
Tena koutou.
I would like to know the costs involved in the recent development of the Hub.
I am aware that "From 2010, the University has invested $67 million in the project in partnership with the Victoria University of Wellington Students’ Association Trust" (http://www.victoria.ac.nz/about/explore-...).
However, I would like to know what makes up this amount; for example, does the $67 million include the upgrade of the Library and the refurbishment of the Student Union Building? Exactly how much money was invested only into the main Hub?
I would also like to know exactly what proportion was invested by students and the Victoria University of Wellington Students' Association Trust.
