We note that you requested this footage under the Official Information Act, however as we have a system in place for the licensing of footage we will deal with your request accordingly. Therefore we will close your OIA request and open a footage request.

Kia ora Dael,

 

We have received a request via Michele Lee and OIA for TVNZ episode of
Holmes Auckland Easter Show from the 1990s.

 

Our library collections hold three Holmes items in relation to the Easter
show and Robert West. Please see attached three PDF of records of the
Holmes stories we hold in our TVNZ collection which closely match your
request.

 

Please note, there will be costs associated with your request for material
from TVNZ’s Digital Production Library for personal use.  The amount
charged is to cover costs incurred by TVNZ.  These will depend on the
nature of your request – A minimum charge of $78 will apply for supply of
any TVNZ items. 

 

Also note that supply of any items will be for use in a private setting
only.  This means it is not to be copied, played in public, uploaded to
the internet or shared on social media.  Any use in a public setting will
require a separate public use licence.

Hi Dael,

 

The cost to provide one Holmes story is $78.00 (inc GST) and any
subsequent items are $46.00 (inc GST) so the cost to purchase the 3 Holmes
stories would be $170.00 (inc GST). The footage is sent via FTP as video
files – are you based in NZ?
