There have been recent revelations about the use of Canadian indigenous populations for health experimentation, see http://muse.jhu.edu/journals/his/summary... for an overview.
I request any documents, of any nature, that the Ministry of Health may have relating to experimentation on Māori communities commencing prior to the passing of the Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975.
