What is the New Zealand Government's required sample size to create a
valid and accurate statistic?

Has the market rent data on the tenancy services website been collected
and processed in a robust manor according to Statistics New Zealand's
guidelines?

Can we please have access to all the market rent raw data for Newlands and
Johnsonville over the last year including Street, type of property, number
of rooms and rent amount?”
