Dear OIA Requests,
As per normal practice by the MOH this response is pathetic. I am assuming the CV-ISMB is contracted to the MOH and payed by Ministry of Health and / or government entities.
Please provide
- All reporting to date completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
- All memos formal and informal completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
- All correspondence texts, emails, memos between MOH Officials and CV-ISMB
I suspect there are reports on all of the safety signals
Please provide the entire "Body of Work" completed by CV-IMSB
Can you also please provide the cost to date paid to members of CV-IMSB and projected costs going forward.
Have the CV-IMSB come to any other conclusion other than that they will continue to monitor these signals? It appears the CV-IMSB just says there are nothing to worry about despite people dying.
Yours sincerely,
Chuck Schooner

Kia ora Chuck
Thank you for your request for official information, received on 2 May
2022 for:
- All reporting to date completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
- All memos formal and informal completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
- All correspondence texts, emails, memos between MOH Officials and
CV-ISMB
- Provide the entire "Body of Work" completed by CV-IMSB
- Provide the cost to date paid to members of CV-IMSB and projected costs
going forward.
We are contacting you in accordance with section 18B of the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act) as your request, as it is currently worded,
is for a very large volume of information. Your request may be refused
under section 18(f) of the Act as the information requested cannot be made
available without substantial collation or research.
If it is possible for you to narrow the scope of your request by
specifying a shorter time frame or specifying a topic, we may be able to
provide you with information.
The Ministry proposes the following refinements to your request:
- All memos formal and informal completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
This part of your request currently encapsulates a large volume of
information. Please advise us of a specific topic you would like to
receive memos concerning, and we will consider your refinement in our
response.
- All correspondence texts, emails, memos between MOH Officials and
CV-ISMB
This part of your request would require collating over one thousand emails
between Ministry staff and members of CV-ISMB, as well as a substantial
amount of text messages. These would all need to be reviewed individually
to discern their contents and assess their relevance to CV-ISMB matters.
Therefore, we suggest you limit your request to official correspondence
within a particular time period, such as memos and briefings.
- Provide the entire "Body of Work" completed by CV-IMSB
We are unsure whether “Body of Work” refers to a particular document, or
all work done by CV-ISMB. If you could clarify this, we can consider
whether this information is able to be released. If you are referring to
the entire body of work of CV-ISMB, this would be too broad in scope. This
could be refined by limiting your request to works concerning a particular
topic, or within a particular timeframe. As highlighted above, the interim
report and public statements of CV-ISMB are all available by following the
link provided.
Please respond by 17 May 2022 so that we can consider your refinement in
our response to your request.
We look forward to receiving your response.

Tēnā koe Chuck
Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to the Ministry of Health (the Ministry) on 2 May 2022 for:
All reporting to date completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
All memos formal and informal completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH
All correspondence texts, emails, memos between MOH Officials and
CV-ISMB
Provide the entire "Body of Work" completed by CV-IMSB
Provide the cost to date paid to members of CV-IMSB and projected costs
going forward.
The Ministry responded and requested you refine your request on 13 May
2022. You replied on 18 May 2022 with the following refinement:
All memos formal and informal completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH.
Any and all correspondence / emails / texts messages by the CV-ISMB to
MOH that includes the key words pregnancy and miscarriage.
Any and all correspondence / emails / texts messages by the CV-ISMB to
any representatives of Pfizer that includes the key words pregnancy and
miscarriage.
Your request still involves collating a significant amount of
correspondence. As previously advised, this would require individual
assessment of each piece of correspondence to discern its contents. This
would place an unreasonable degree of strain on the team responsible and
would interfere with the day-to-day workings of the Ministry. Therefore,
your request has been refused under section 18(f) of the Act, as the
information requested cannot be made available without substantial
collation or research.
The Ministry notes that you have inquired previously about conflicts of
interest between CV-ISMB and Pfizer. The Ministry wishes to reiterate that
all members of the Board have signed waivers that declare their
independence, and have no association with Pfizer that would amount to a
conflict of interest.
Under section 28(3) of the Act you have the right to ask the Ombudsman to
review any decisions made under this request. The Ombudsman may be
contacted by email at: [1][email address] or by calling 0800
802 602.

Dear OIA Requests,
I will refine request
“All memos formal and informal completed by CV-ISMB and provided to MOH”
Whilst there might not be any conflicts the fact is the CV-ISMB always come to the same conclusion no matter what the side effect, death, heart conditions etc etc. And that these side effects are nothing to worry about and they will continue to monitor. Month after month the same side effects keep occurring and they are never flagged. I refuse to believe these people are that stupid, and if there are no conflicts then there is something going on. This so called vaccine has permanently disabled young fit people for a virus that prior to mass vaccination had an average death age of 79, and 99.5% of people recovered. I suggest you provide the information in full at the earliest convenience. Suspect all the memos formal and informal will be able to be collated without much fuss.
Yours sincerely,
Chuck Schooner
