Dear Health New Zealand,
A previous OIA response dated 27th February showed a series of emails that were sent by Steve Kirsch to the executive team at Health New Zealand. Mr Kirsch raised serious concerns about data released by NZ Whistleblower Barry Young and his analysis showing significant numbers of excess deaths associated with the Pfizer vaccine. There were a number of emails sent, offers to discuss and talk, requests for Ministry of Health's own analysis by their experts and as far as I can tell there was no response. On the 13th December he mentioned that following notification and the executive team at Health NZ being notified and not acting they could be held criminally liable. As it stands I understand there has still been no response. Are you able to provide
- The vaccination data for New Zealanders including total number of vaccinations given, total number of people that have died after receiving a vaccination, date of death, age, and gender for the period after December 13, 2023.
- Any analysis completed by the Ministry of Health on the data released by Steve Kirsch or your own internal databases. Please let me know what teams, epidemiologists consultants did the analysis. If no analysis was done, please explain why.
- All internal communications, including emails, texts, instant messages, WhatsApp messages, formal and informal memos between Health NZ staff notified by Steve Kirsch discussing excess deaths, Barry Young and Steve Kirsch.
- Please ensure the executive team members who received these communications are signatories to this response.
- Please also publish vaccinations given and total number of people who have sadly passed included on the letterhead response as well as in excel format.
- Any memos, formal / informal, communications discussing excess deaths and potentially taking the Pfizer vaccine out of circulation (note Astrazeneca is no longer available) which functions the same as the Pfizer vaccine
I also submitted a previous OIA requesting the total spend on lawyers / consultants to erase the data. Can you please update this request to provide the total spend on these consultants. I note Mr Kirsch has offered to remove the data himself if he can discuss what it shows with experts in New Zealand - why doesn't Health NZ just do the analysis and have the discussion with Steve Kirsch and get the information removed without using lawyers? Surely that is a better use of taxpayers money?
In the interest of getting this resolved quickly given the potential criminality and negligence associated with these warnings I will be putting in complaints with Health and Disability Commissioner, Ombudsman, Justice and Police.
It might be that the data released can be easily refuted by NZ epidemiologists - surely a number of the media personalities you have rolled out have opinions / evidence to the contrary?
With Health NZ attempting to lock Mr Young up and erasing the data from the internet it only fuels conspiracies. I think New Zealanders are only looking for transparency.
Please not some of the internal comms might be a double up with another OIA that Mr Bell has requested where it appears you are currently attempting to curate that into something that doesn't implicate anybody.

decision on your request.
The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 14 August 2024.
This extension is required because the volume of information and
consultations necessary to make a decision on your request are such that a

Partial Transfer of Request
Your request also asks for information which is more closely aligned with

Dear OIA Requests,
The information that you sent through is not the information I have asked for? None of the information you sent through has anything at all that I requested. Please provide the information as follows
- The vaccination data for New Zealanders including total number of vaccinations given, total number of people that have died after receiving a vaccination, date of death, age, and gender for the period after December 13, 2023.
The above is the date that Health NZ were notified that the vaccine is responsible for the excess deaths we are seeing. I would like to see how many people have died following vaccination after the date in which the Health NZ executives were notified they were killing people.
Please put this in table format on Health NZ letterhead.
Please also provide
- Total cost to date for cyber, legal, any and all consultants engaged to erase the Barry Young data from the internet.
I understand the figure for this is now close to $1m dollars.
To add to this - An official information act request here was responded to https://fyi.org.nz/request/25291/respons... and released correspondence between Barry Young and Margie Apa where Mr Young notified Miss Apa that there was an issue with the vaccines.
Her response mentioned "It is important that we understand what you are observing and check against existing systems we have for monitoring safety and adverse events in immunisation. I ask your leaders Leigh (assuming Donoghue) and/or to follow up with you directly and have an expert review your data and, if there are concerns as you say, lets work out what we do about it. Leigh and/or can work with the National Public Health Service to review this information".
Can you please provide the following
- All correspondence / escalation to Leigh and the person that has been omitted from this response from Barry Young about his concerns and what the process was to analyse this data (effectively any and all correspondence between Barry Young and whoever he was reporting to about the data)
- All of the teams / persons that Health NZ has in-house / external that analysed / completed the expert review of Mr Youngs data - notably completed by Leigh Donoghue and the scope / terms of the analysis
- The time series cohort analysis of the vaccine data, person(s) experts who completed this review and then their conclusions associated.
Please provide this at the earliest convenience because what you previously provided IS NOT what I asked for.

Dear hnzOIA,
The data you just provided me shows 3.5% of the people jabbed died!!
There are over 400 people who died who are under 40! People of these ages don’t just drop dead.
The data that Steve Kirsch / Barry Young released has not been refuted in any way. Data and statistics are not “misinformation”
I have previously asked you to clarify how / why this is “misinformation”? Please confirm why the Barry Young DATA is misinformation?
The data you just gave me show an outrageous death rate across all ages!!
To add to the information you provided. Can you please tell me how many vaccines were given in each age group, number of days after vaccine the person died.
Are we just euthanizing people now?!
There are children dropping dead!

Okay just so we are clear
All of the executive team, numerous staff / people at Health NZ have been notified and are aware the vaccine is responsible for the excess deaths but continue to put this poison in kiwis arms including killing 3.5% of the people who took this since December last year including babies, children, males, females, young parents, brothers, sisters, mothers, grandparents and any and all innocent people who thought they were doing the right thing and have now been killed. That’s an excellent effort by “Health NZ”.
