University of Auckland
Dear E Rawson,
I refer to your request of 10 April 2022. The University’s response
follows.
Although the University does hold information about which students have
misconduct recorded on the Register of Academic Misconduct, and which
students have been accepted into University programmes of study, the
University does not hold the specific information requested about “the
number of students who are on the Register of Academic Misconduct who have
been accepted into any of the following courses in 2020; 2021 and 2022:
MBCHB; BOPTOM; BNURS; BPHARM; Medical Imaging”. Further, the Register of
Academic Misconduct is not capable of producing a report with this
information. This constitutes a refusal of your request under section
18(g) of the OIA.
You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.
Yours sincerely,
Rebecca Ewert
General Counsel
University of Auckland
