Waikato Police Facebook Post

Joshua Rogers made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

The request was successful.

From: Joshua Rogers

Dear New Zealand Police,

I am writing about this post, issued by Waikato Police Facebook page.

A link to it can be found here - https://www.facebook.com/100067753234841...

I am requesting all communications and emails around the post.

I am also requesting a breakdown around setting up and taking the photos - for example - how long it took to setup and take the photo
- where was the bunny rabbit from?
- how many officers were involved in setting up and taking the photo
- The police policy/social media policy around posting such a photo
- who authorized the post to be put on the Facebook page
- how much would it have estimated to cost police to do this (staff wages) including the social media team and Cambridge team.

Could you also please attach a copy of the social media policy to this OIA.

I confirm I am a New Zealand citizen and currently reside in New Zealand.

Yours faithfully,

Joshua Rodgers
