I would like a summary of the current COVID-19 vaccination status of the NZDF, both Civilian employees, service members (Regular Force), and combined totals for both.
Please also provide each of the below as both a the actual number of people and as a percentage figure (%);
(Please provide the information displayed in tables, as a PDF file).
Please supply the actual number of:
Total number of Civilian Employees of the NZDF.
Civilian employees - Non-vaccinated.
Civilians employees - Partially vaccinated, one shot.
Civilians employees - Vaccinated, received two shots (Pfizer vaccine).
Civilians employees - Boosted (3rd shot).
Total number of NZDF Service Members (Regular Force).
Service Members - Non-vaccinated.
Service Members - Partially vaccinated, one shot.
Service Members - Vaccinated, received two shots (Pfizer vaccine).
Service Members - Boosted (received 3rd shot).
Service Members - Boosted (received 4th shot if any).
Thirdly, please also proved above service members vaccination numbers broken down by service;
