 Dear Elizabeth,

I refer to your requests of 11 June 2022.

Unfortunately, consultations necessary to make a decision on the requests are such that a response to these requests cannot reasonably be given within the original time limit. Accordingly, the University has extended the time limit for your requests until 15 July 2022 under section 15A(1)(b) of the OIA. This is the new maximum time limit for the University’s response; we will respond to your requests as soon as reasonably practicable.

You have the right to make a complaint an Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with this extension.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Elizabeth,

I refer to your request of 11 June 2022. The information requested is
attached, with the exception of the mark and grade data requested for the
2021 S2 POPLHLTH 701 course – which one student completed - and the
POPLHLTH 769 course – which four students completed. The marks and grade
data of these students has been withheld under section 9(2)(a) of the
Official Information Act, to protect their privacy.

You have the right to make a complaint to an Ombudsman if you are
dissatisfied with this response.

This response also applies to your other request of 11 June 2022, which
sought the same information about the same courses, but listed them by
semester (incorrectly in some cases).

Yours sincerely,

Rebecca Ewert
