Good Afternoon

We refer to your request for information in email dated 2 September 2014 under Local Government Information and Meetings Act 1987 for performance measures used in regards to contracted Hamilton bus services, and the data for the previous financial year.

The performance measures relating to Council’s bus services fall under the Transport Connections Group of Activities which are reported on in the Council's Annual Report.

The 2013/14 Annual Report is currently in draft form and was presented to the Finance Committee on 10 September 2014. The Committee recommended that Council adopt the Annual Report at its meeting of 25 September. It will be available on the council’s website shortly after, noting that the 2013/14 Annual Report is subject to final formatting and a final opinion from AuditNZ.

The Transport Connections Group of Activities with the performance measures and draft performance results can be found on pages 125-128 of the agenda, and is also attached as a PDF for ease of reference.
