- How many 'Cleansing Orders' were issued by the Waikato Regional Council, for methamphetamine decontamination, in year 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015?
With regard to s12 of the OIA I am a New Zealand citizen and I reside in Auckland, New Zealand.

Councils have no functions under the Health Act 1956.
Waipa District Council has not issued any Cleansing Orders for that reason
in the timeframe outlined.

Just to let you know that your official information request to Waikato
Regional Council has been transferred to a number Territorial Authorities
including us (South Waikato District Council), because Waikato Regional
Council does not have any jurisdiction to issue cleansing orders under the
Health Act 1956.
We advise that there was no Cleansing Order (methamphetamine
decontamination) issued by South Waikato District Council during
2012,2013, 2014 and 2015.
