Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (the Act), received on 11 July. You requested the following information:

Under the LGOIMA Act I request all correspondence between the Chief Executive of the Wellington City Council and Mr Richard MacLean of the Wellington City Council mentioning the word "Eagle" sent between 11 June 2022 and 11 July 2022.

No record of any correspondence containing the word ‘Eagle’ between the aforementioned people exists during this timeframe. Therefore, the information you have requested has been refused under section 17(e) of the Act.
