Is the ministry of health keeping an eye on the skittles lawsuit about
Titanium Dioxide.
Skittles recently banned in Europe. Will New Zealand follow too??

Manatū Hauora (the Ministry of Health) is not currently monitoring this
lawsuit. We have however passed your query on to the Ministry for Primary
Industries (MPI) for a response. We expect MPI will be in touch with you
on this matter in due course.
