Thank you for your request under the Official Information Act 1982 (the
Act) to Manatū Hauora (Ministry of Health) on 29 July 2022 for: 

 

“I’d like to request a copy of your organisational structure please. I’d
appreciate a copy of your overall structural diagram, as well as the
detailed structure showing Tiers1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and Tier 4 roles for
each branch of your organisation please.” 

   

The organisational structure for Te Whatu Ora (Health New Zealand) is
publicly available on their website at:
[1]www.tewhatuora.govt.nz/about-us/who-we-are/our-structure/. Manatū
Hauora has been advised by Te Whatu Ora that further detail of the
organisational structure is at held at regional/district level and is
still underway. Therefore, your request is refused in full under section
18(d) of the Act, as the information requested will soon be publicly
available.
