project, section 12(1) of the Official Information Act 1982 (the OIA)
specifies that any person is entitled to make a request under the OIA who
is:

(a)          a New Zealand citizen; or
(b)          a permanent resident of New Zealand; or
(c)          a person who is in New Zealand; or
(d)          a body corporate which is incorporated in New Zealand; or
(e)          a body corporate which is incorporated outside New Zealand,
but which has a place of business in New Zealand

information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

1. A chart or diagram that illustrates the governance structure of the new
Dunedin Hospital project as of the 7th of July 2024. 
2. A detailed list of the current members within this governance
structure, including their names, positions, and the departments or
organisations they represent as of the 7th of July 2024.
3. Information regarding any independent roles or positions within this
governance structure, including:
- Names and positions of individuals designated as independent members.
- The criteria or measures in place to ensure these roles maintain
independence.

This email is to let you know that Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora needs
more time to make a decision on your request.

The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit. We are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 19 August 2024 at the latest.

This extension is required because the consultations necessary to make a
decision on your request are such that a proper response cannot reasonably
