Dear Ministry of Justice,
I request the audio recording of my disputes tribunal hearing. Case number CIV-2014-044-001149. I request that this information be provided to me via email attachment in mp3 format.
This is an urgent request, As this request pertains to an interim agreement which I wish to appeal or be granted a re hearing on the grounds of bias.
The interim agreement states that I must attend the office of Mr Campbell, on or before 5 pm on the 7th October 2014 giving 7 days notice before attending. And as the appeal or rehearing must be lodged within 28 days of the tribunals order and that this audio recording is essential to me proving I have good grounds for an appeal or rehearing it is required immediately.

I have requested this recording from Lay Soh the Disputes Tribunal courts registry officer on the 17th of September. Who as forwarded my request to the referee of my case B Langton and as I have had no reply from B Langton and there are time restrictions on the interim agreement, I humbly request that this audio recording be furnished to me with all haste.
