Take notice Ministry of Justice,
On August 30, 1968 in the NZ gazette under BANKRUPTCY NOTICES there was an insolvency notice for GEORGE WOODWARD HOVELL THWAITES of Kennedy Bay
i would like all information, memos, documents, paperwork, letters and any records containing information about this notice and the legal fiction that is GEORGE WOODWARD HOVELL THWAITES placed by EC Carpenter Official Assignee and any evidences that show background to this insolvency notice.
Please provide any evidences on file that you have on the individual named above as they pertain to land held in the coromandel, thames district by the Hovell, thwaites whanau as those records pertain to Papa Aroha block.
