Animal Control Products (ACP) is a New Zealand Government owned, registered,
limited liability company which is also a State Owned Enterprise under the
State Owned Enterprises Act 1986.

Governance of the company is carried out by directors who are from time to
time appointed by government.

There are two Ministers to whom the company reports; the Minister of Finance
and the Minister of Primary Industry.

There are no related companies with a shareholding in Animal Control
Products, nor does Animal Control Products have any financial interest or
shareholding in any related company or subsidiary.

Dear Animal Control Products Limited,

ACP Ltd is a State-Owned Enterprise and subject to the Official Information
Act. Under Schedule 1 of the OIA, related companies of State enterprises
(defined in s2(1A) as an NZ registered company directly or indirectly wholly
owned or controlled by an SOE) are also subject to the OIA. As your website
does not publish an annual report or financial statements, I would like to
request the following information under the OIA:

* a list of all related companies of ACP, including for each one a contact
email address.

I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about
this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the
fyi.org.nz website.
