I refer to your request of 8 November 2022 for the following information:

The joint IPCA/Privacy Commissioner investigation report “Joint inquiry by the Independent Police Conduct Authority and the Privacy Commissioner into Police conduct when photographing members of the public” released last month refers to an internal review conducted by Police into matters raised by the inquiry:
“In addition to responding to the compliance notice, Police have undertaken an internal review of aspects of its practice considered as part of this joint inquiry.” (Page 109).
I would like to request a copy of this internal review.
The report also refers to a “summary” of this internal review which was supplied to the investigators; for clarity, I would like to specify that I am requesting a copy of the full internal review, not the summary.
Unfortunately we were not be able to meet the due date of XX 2022.

I can confirm that a response to your request is being drafted and will then progress through our internal consultation process. I am unable to confirm a release date at this stage.
