(the Act).
The consultation material for the second phase of the Future Education
work programme was released to all staff on 14 October 2022, and will soon
be proactively released on the Ministry’s website here:

Some information within the material may be withheld from that release
under section 9(2)(a) of the Act, to protect the privacy of natural
persons.
Your request is therefore refused under section 18(d) of the Act, as the
information will soon be publicly available.
