Dear NZ On Air,
NZ on Air provided funding for a 'documentary' that is due for release on November 1, 2022. It's production name and overseas marketed name is called "Manufacturing Chaos", but it is being promoted in NZ as "Web of Chaos". It is a TVNZ release being produced by Kindred Films and The Docufactory, all three of these entities shall be referred as "the producers" for the rest of this request.
Please provide information or answer the following questions:
1.) please provide in unredacted form all meeting minutes, or emails relating to the application for funding, including all applications, proposals or grant submissions made by the producers for the production of Web of Chaos.
2.) please provide in unredacted form all meeting minutes, emails relating to the approval of funding by NZ on Air to the producers for the production of Web of Chaos. Including all contracts, agreements, conditions finalised as part of funding.
3.) please provide in unredacted form all meeting minutes, emails, forms or resources used to qualitatively review and safety check the Web of Chaos 'documentary' before it was approved to be published publicly.
4.) please explain why this documentary is being marketed by two names
