Re-release of information from 2009 'Western Bus Consultation'

Dear Auckland Transport,
During 2009, ARTA (for which Auckland Transport took over Transport functions during the amalgamation) performed a 'Western Bus Consultation' as evidenced on an old discussion at the Campaign for Better Transport forums (see http://www.bettertransport.org.nz/forum/...).
As a result of the consultations the service structure that is currently in place was implemented which is now subject to the current round of 'New Network' consultations. As such I believe there is public interest I would like to formally request previously published documents pertaining to the '09 review (these were previously located on the ARTA website).
I believe the documents/information I am looking for are:
* Main announcement/information of Consultation Proposal (similar to the quoted text in the CBTF link, but more detailed)
* Summary and/or Analysis of feedback received
* Copies of submissions/feedback with appropriate redaction already in place (n.b. if this wasn't made available, then it's okay)
* Announcement/summary of final decision
Since the documents were previously released by I am hoping that this request can be handled fairly quickly, even though I am treating this as a LGOIMA request.

I have contacted the Office of the Ombudsman about Auckland Transport's extension as it puts it outside the timeframe that the information in this instance would be usable for (as a reference material for composing submissions due December 1). I also find 'collating' to be an odd reason for what should be a simple document retrieval (especially documents that are relevant to a current process they are undertaking).
