Dear minadviceteam,
1. Your website (https://www.dia.govt.nz/Contact-Us#General) provides a freephone number for callers in New Zealand as follows, "Freephone: 0800 25 78 87 (New Zealand only)".
2. I called this number on 10/02/2023 and spoke to two receptionists who attempted to put me in contact with Michelle Reed in reference to this request (#21464).
3. Given this number is a "New Zealand only" number, it should therefore provide the evidence necessary to fulfil the requirements of section 12(1)(c) of the Act, that I am a person who is in New Zealand.
4. The receptionist, R***, should be in contact with you about this issue.
5. I hope that this provides sufficient evidence to prove that I am eligible to make requests under the Act.
Yours sincerely,
P Taylor
