Thank you for your Official Information Act 1982 (the Act) request to NZTE of 5 January 2023 asking about Beachheads Advisors.

In accordance with the Act, NZTE will make a decision on your request as soon as reasonably practicable and within 20 working days of 5 January 2023. Please note that as the Act does not include the time period between 25 December and 15 January as working days, and the Waitangi Day Public Holiday, the latest date for a decision on your request is 13 February 2023.
