Thank you for your emails of 20 January 2023 to the Ministry of Business,
Innovation and Employment (the Ministry) requesting, under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

Request DOIA 2223-1581

I would like to know how many people who are working within dairy farming
(hold a current visa working within dairy farming) that are still waiting
for their RV2021 to be processed. And if possible how many RV2021 visas
that have been granted to those who were on a visa linked to dairy
farming.

 

Request DOIA 2223-1582

I would like to know how many people are currently under assessment and
meet priority criteria for the RV2021. To give some clarity and hope to
those of us who are unfortunately not considered priority as to when the
queuing system might become straight forward again.

 

This email is to advise you the Ministry has decided to grant your
requests. However, it will take us some time to prepare this information
for release. We will send you this information by 1 March 2023.
