Changing to student visa after applying RV2021 under scare criteria

From: Harsha Keerthirathne
Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,
I’m writing to get formal information regarding moving to a student VISA after applying for a 2021 resident visa.
Even though the INZ website says that an applicant must hold an illegible visa on 29th September 2021 and at the date of application, some rumours say that the applicant must hold the illegible visa until it’s processed.
I applied for RV2021 on the 1st of March under scare list criteria and I have an essential skill work visa for dairy farming. And I just want to confirm that moving to a student visa AFTER applying for RV2021 under scare criteria will make any harm to my RV2021 or illegibility.
Looking forward to hearing from you
Yours faithfully,
Harsha
