The request was successful.
From: James
Dear David Parker,
On the 21st of March 2023 the PM was interviewed on RNZ and stated the following: “It’s important to note that the Container Return Scheme had already been offered up for reprioritisation by David Parker”.
Under the OIA please provide all communications including but not limited to, all texts, emails and records of phone calls relating to and detailing your “offering up” of the Container Return Scheme for reprioritisation, inclusive of the dates that you offered up the scheme for reprioritisation.
Please provide all communications between yourself or your office and Andrew Kirton or Mr Kirton’s previous employer Anacta, regarding the Container Return Scheme.
Yours faithfully,
James

The following guidelines apply:
* Portfolio related correspondence will be considered and responded to
where appropriate.

* Requests for official information will be managed in accordance with
the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982, which may include
a transfer to a more relevant Minister or agency.
* If your email falls outside of the Minister's portfolio
responsibilities, your correspondence may be transferred to another
office.
* If your email expresses a personal view, or is copied to multiple
Members of Parliament, then your opinion will be noted and there may
be no further response.
