You stated you where hit by a motorcycle on a pedestrian crossing on 25/3/2023 and that this directly related a statement you made as a Minister.
1) was this a controlled (traffic light) crossing
2) At what time and what was the precise location of the crossing involved?
3) Have you requested and/or received any CCTV footage of this event from Auckland Transport or any other organisation?
4) If so I request any cctv footage as part of this OIA.

Nice work. Perhaps ask for correspondence or notes of conversations between her and police/council regarding a request for CCTV rather than asking a question "did you ask for footage". Also ask for correspondence between her and The Spinoff or any other media org: apparently they have seen the footage.
