many complaints we have received and resolved pertaining to our
international freight services from the period 01 January 2021 to 03 May
2023 which we are treating as a request for information under the Official
Information Act 1982.

a response to this request will be provided no later than 31 May 2023.

Kia Ora Tracy,
We do not hold our customer care data in such a way that complaints
relating to IFS can be easily collated and analysed. We have attempted to
filter the data to obtain these figures, but the filters are not complex
enough to provide accurate numbers. 
We have therefore decided to decline this request as the information is
not held in the format you require, and it would be too time-consuming to
collate as requested.
