Thank you for your request made under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (the Act), received on 12 May 2023. You requested the following information:

1.Can you please confirm that this is an unredacted document covering all logged incidents on the Wellington Waterfront held by the Wellington City Council for this time period?
2.Can you please provide me with a full incident log of all incidents held by Wellington City Council in respect of accidents, incidents, near misses and all other safety issues / reports on the Waterfront area from Jan 2014 until todays date.

As per my email on 12 May 2023, the incident reported provided to you in your original request was specific to your question of "incidents, near misses, fatalities and injuries where people have fallen into the water or come close to falling into the water on or about Queens Wharf and surrounding waterfront areas since the death of Finbar Clabby in 2015. The Wellington City Council has granted your second request for information. However, it will take us some time to prepare the information for release which includes redacting or withholding information in accordance with the Act.

I hope to provide you with a response by 26 June 2023, if not sooner.
