I write with regard to your request for consultation slides and documents,
namely:

 

… any and all powerpoint slides, and or word documents that relate to
Consultation notices for position disestablishments, team changes, and
reporting line changes as part of the Târaia te anamata | Creating our
futures consultation period that was launched during June 2023.

 

As part of Te Pûkenga consultation and consideration of your request, we
would like to better understand your interest in the information
particularly given the sensitively of the information being requested.
 Would you be willing to clarify why this information is being requested?
 Or would you be willing to narrow or limit the scope of your request? 

 

The level of detail within the documents are meant specifically for our
own kaimahi (staff). The change proposal - Târaia te anamata | Creating
our futures – is part of a very important internal consultation process
for our kaimahi. It supports Te Pûkenga becoming a unified organisation
committed to being agile, equitable, and responsive at regional and local
levels, meeting the evolving needs of âkonga, employers and communities
across Aotearoa New Zealand.  It is important to be aware this
consultation is about a proposal for change. Te Pûkenga is actively
seeking kaimahi feedback and is fully committed to considering all
feedback received before making any final decisions.

 

Due to the information involved, we are considering granting possible
release to you directly (rather than through a public website), with
certain information withheld.  With this in mind, would you be willing to
provide us with your personal email address to release any information to
directly?

 

If we were to grant, or partially grant your request, we would be asking
that you appreciate the importance of this consultation process for our
kaimahi when considering any dissemination to a wider audience.
