Further to your enquiry of today, 8 September 2023, I have searched our
records and cannot trace having received a request for information
submitted via the FYI website on 23 June 2023.
I note the request, as published on the FYI website, is as follows: 'Do
you accept photographs of vehicles committing a parking offence from
members of the public for the purposes of issuing infringements? Or is an
officer required to attend every call?...' This has now been captured in
our Service Request system, number 2338086.
As you will be aware, a 20 working day deadline applies to requests for
official information and this runs from the day after a request was
received. Please be assured we will endeavour to respond to your request
as soon as reasonably practicable and on an urgent basis, given the
circumstances.
