Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,
Attention: Mark Fraser, GM Urban Development
Mr Fraser. In the Dominion Post article "The Planner, the Kainga Ora development and his Ohakune holiday home"(August 18), you are quoted as saying Giles Tait "verbally declared" his "perceived" conflict of interest in the proposed Teitei Drive development in October 2022.
I request the following:
1. A copy of any report, file or notes taken to record this COI declaration when it was made in October 2022, including the exact date.
2. A copy of the assessment made in regard to this declared COI, including the exact date the assessment was made.
