I formally request all correspondence between Wellington City Council and 'Guardians of the Golden Mile' (GGM) regarding the Let's Get Wellington Moving (LGWM) project under the LGOIMA, including emails, letters, reports, and other relevant documents from council employees or officials.
Of particular interest is the letter reportedly sent by Michael Wolff to the Wellington City Council, as mentioned in the NZ Herald article titled "Legal action launched over plan to remove cars from Wellington’s Golden Mile" dated 20 September.

Are there any plans for the withheld correspondence to be made public in the near future? If so, could you provide an estimated timeline for its release?
If the information will not be released, could you please clarify why the public interest in disclosing the correspondence does not outweigh the reasons for withholding it?
