Differece between resident visa 2021 and other resident visas.

Dear Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment,

I would like to know the difference in RV 2021 and other Resident Visa class for employment purpose?

While applying for jobs, application has options of Permanent Resident only and no other resident visa options.

I hold RV 2021 and applied in role at MBIE. My application was not taken to next level as I do not possess appropriate visa

Please inform the difference in resident visas and policy for differentiation between resident visas.
