Would you please supply: the Names of the four public officers of health
in the four areas.  This web page doesn’t have their names

the present day . 
 
In order to respond to your request, could you please clarify the
information you are seeking regarding the above questions.
 

* There are many statutory officers, many more than four. Are you asking
for the four regional public health leads? Or all statutory officers?
* Please confirm what you mean by notifications?
