Thank you for your email of 11 August 2023, asking for the following
information under the Official Information Act 1982 (the Act):

"Could you please give me the industry category of these workplaces which
received 12A exemptions. Eg how the industry is categorized in the work it
does, such as Education, corrections, transport, aviation, shipping, food
manufacturing etc etc."

 This email is to let you know that Te Whatu Ora needs more time to make a
decision on your request.

The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.  

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time frame in this
case. Te Whatu Ora is therefore extending the time limit under section
15(A)(1)(b) of the Act, as consultations necessary to make a decision are
such that a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original
time frame. We will respond to your request no later than 26 September
2023, but we will endeavour to make a decision as soon as possible.
