MoH criteria for Special Authority application of stimulant medication

Cody C made this Official Information request to Health New Zealand

Health New Zealand did not have the information requested.

From: Cody C

Dear Health New Zealand,

Te Whatu Ora (formerly Canterbury DHB) advises patients that "Ministry of Health criteria for Special Authority application of stimulant medication requires a recent random urinary drug screen if stimulant medication is seen as the appropriate treatment."

Please provide these criteria in full. I was unable to locate it.

Yours faithfully,

Cody C
